Paul King, President of ROI Insight, Grosse Pointe, MI, and Lou Glazer, President and co-founder of Michigan Future, Inc., Ann Arbor, MI join Chris Holman in the MBN studio.
They discuss findings from research conducted by Paul and Lou on behalf of The Ralph C Wilson Junior Foundation. One of the goals of the study was to identify potential programmatic needs within the Detroit and Buffalo metropolitan regions, to address job training insufficiencies for people without four-year college degrees. They are also working toward fostering data-driven discussions about how best to prepare workers for future careers.
They explain the research and what it says about how we should be educating and training our future workforce to meet the needs of employers.
